What is your shipping policy?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Please allow up to another 7 days to receive your order in the continental US. Shipping outside of the US is not offered at this time.
We offer free shipping in the continental US.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable. If your item was damaged in transit, please submit an email to contact@maharaja-apparel.com and we will be able to assist you.
What is a pre order?
For pre-order items, we allow you to place a reservation prior to its scheduled release date. Each pre-order is assigned a release date, which represents the scheduled date on which the product is available to be shipped.
Is a credit card required for a pre-order reservation?
Yes, although it will not be charged until your item ships (so please be sure your card is not due to expire between the time you place your order and the time your item is expected to ship).
How can I track my order?
You will be provided an email with a link to a USPS tracking number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and Apple Pay. See options in checkout.
How often do you do product line drops?
We do 2 drops a year: Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer. We also do occasional collaborations with artists.
The product I want to purchase says it’s sold out. When will it be back in stock?
Once a product drop sells out, that’s it for that production. Check back on our website for the next product drop.
What are your wash and care instructions?
Pullovers: machine wash warm with like colors. Normal cycle only. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron design directly.
Box logo shirt: machine was cold inside out with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Iron shirt inside out to remove wrinkles. Do not dry clean.
